New to spin? No worries! At YYC Cycle, when you walk in the door, you become part of the bikergang.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time - this will allow our experienced Motivators to make sure you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have.

Come dressed in comfortable workout attire and bring a water bottle!

We want to make sure that your experience at YYC Cycle is the absolute best, and this includes feeling fully comfortable and ready on your bike. The Marda Loop team is knowledgeable and helpful to ensure that you’re set up properly when you first arrive.

At YYC CYCLE they are committed to making sure that every movement that you experience in the spin room is safe for your body and health. This ensures that you can continue being a part of the Bikergang, injury-free, for a long time!

There is a $25 registration fee for this adventure, payable to YYC Cycle.

(YYC Cycle will be donating 100% of this fee back to Alberta Wilderness Association, which will go to their conservation work defending Alberta’s wilderness, wild waters and wild spaces.)
